The Chattooga County 4H Shotgun Team signups will be held next month at the Chattooga County Ag Building, located on Middle School Drive in Summerville.

Chattooga County 4H Shotgun team is a branch of Georgia 4H’s S.A.F.E. (Shooting Awareness, Fun, and Education) program. The Chattooga 4-H Shotgun Team participate in practices, community events, service projects and other activities. Georgia 4-H Project SAFE uses the shooting sports to teach many valuable life skills. SAFE provides youth a place to develop a sense of belonging, learn teamwork in a safe environment and increase concentration skills.  Safety and the responsible use of firearms is a primary goal.

The signup will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10 AM – Noon.  A safety meeting will be held the following Saturday on October 21st.  The first practice will also be held that day.
