Charges have been filed in a fatal motorcycle crash in Shannon on September 8.
According to the Georgia State Patrol:
A Chevy Silver Silverado attempted to cross Highway 53 at Shannon Road and collided with a Suzuki GSX.
That crash claimed the life of 26-year-old Jonathan Dunn of Rome.
On Thursday, 69-year-old Gary Gay Ingram was charged with misdemeanor counts of 2nd-degree homicide by vehicle and failure to yield the right of way.
