An Armuchee man who is on probation stemming from a 2008 sexual exploitation of children conviction is accused of violating the terms of his probation by having search terms like “children in underwear” in his search history, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Claude Benjamin Hames, 50, was arrested at the Rome Department of Community Supervision office Monday on a felony probation violation charge. The charging document states that Hames has numerous photos of minors in his Youtube history “nude females and minor children in underwear could be seen.” Hames remained in jail Tuesday without bond.
