Sum Nelly is a festival celebrating the coming of Fall. It has been a local tradition for almost 40 years. You can find “Sum” people from all over the southeast and “Nelly” anything under the sun at Sum Nelly which will be held this Saturday, October 7th at Dowdy Park in Downtown Summerville.  The park will be filled with arts, crafts and food vendors from all over the area.  The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum Steam Passenger Train will be rolling into the historic Summerville Depot around 1 PM on Saturday as well.
