A fifty-nine-year-old man was found on lying on the parking lot at United Community Bank shortly after midnight last Thursday.  A passing deputy pulled into the parking lot of the bank in Summerville and saw that Chester Robin Blackmon was asleep on the parking lot.  The officer woke up Blackmon and could smell the odor of alcohol on Blackmon’s person.  The deputy asked Blackmon how much he had to drink, to which Blackmon replied “two beers”.  After a field-alcohol test, Blackmon was charged with public intoxication and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
