A Summerville man remained in jail Thursday morning, May 5, after police said he threatened someone via text message, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Robert William Ramey, 18, 2864 Silver Hill Road, was charged with felony terroristic threats and acts.

He allegedly told the victim he was on the way to their house with a gun and sent them a photo of a gun.
