Summerville Elementary School will hold kindergarten registration for the 2011-2012 school year will be on May 24, 2011 for children who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2011.  Registration times will be from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Parent or Legal Guardian must bring the following:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Child’s Social Security Card
3. Georgia Proof of Immunization (Form 3231)
4. Georgia Eye/Ear/Dental Certificate (Form 3300)
5. Proof of Residence (ex: Current utility bill, water, gas bill, etc.)
