A man who was arrested recently in Chattooga County after discharging a firearm in a subdivision while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, was arrested in Floyd County over the weekend. In September of this year, Ouljawan Sheriff Blair was arrested in the area of Knollwood Circle after the incident involving the firearm.  At the time, deputies said that Blair was putting others in danger by discharging the firearm in a reckless manner in the neighborhood.  Jail reports from the Floyd County Jail show that the thirty-one-year-old Blair was arrested on probation violation charges in Rome on Saturday.
