The low-income home energy assistance program – LIHEAP – opens for homebound and elderly households on December 1, 2023.  To apply for assistance, you will need to contact the North Georgia Community Action Service Center in Summerville beginning December 1st.  At that time, you will be given instructions concerning an appointment time.  You can see more details below:
