Kindergarten Registration will be held May 24 from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Parent or Legal Guardian must bring the following:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Child’s Social Security Card
3. Georgia Proof of Immunization (Form 3231)
4. Georgia Eye/Ear/Dental Certificate (Form 3300)
5. Proof of Residence (ex: current utility, water, gas bill)
