A fifty-one-year-old Chattooga County man will spend 90-days in jail after a sentence was handed down in Chattooga County Superior Court.  Mack Arthur Ray of a Mustang Drive address in the Gore area, was accused of violating the terms of his probation.  Ray was arrested last year in Floyd County on a Chattooga County warrant.  At the time, Ray was found to be in possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and was charged with drug possession in Floyd County.
