North Georgia Community Action, Inc. provides services to low-income and elderly citizens. Every three years they are required to complete a Community Needs Assessment to identify “unmet needs” (food, shelter, employment, transportation, health care, addiction, etc.). The Needs Assessment is critical in obtaining funding to address unmet needs.  S.A.
