Seth Bradley Case, 34 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he attempted to kill his seventy-seven-year-old grandmother in front of his nine-year-old daughter.
Police said that Case placed his hands around the victim’s throat while telling her that he should kill her.
He is also accused of breaking a computer mouse belonging to his daughter and a home phone belonging to his grandmother.
He is then accused of stealing the victim’s laptop and iPhone.
Case is charged with aggravated assault, felony theft by taking, terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, exploitation and intimidation of an elderly person, 3rd degree cruelty to children and failure to appear.
