A woman who was caught shoplifting at a Wal-Mart in Camden, Arkansas and was subsequently banned from Wal-Marts across the nation, has been accused of shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Trion.

According to a report from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect came into the store and selected a toy and then took the toy past the point of purchase and to the return desk.  The woman reportedly presented an altered receipt to the return desk and received a Wal-Mart gift card in exchange for the shoplifted toy.  Wal-Mart loss prevention associates say that the woman then went back and shopped and used the gift card she had just received as payment.

Evidence was shown to responding deputies and Chasidy Justine Rickett was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting, theft by conversion and financial transaction card fraud.

Rickett was additionally charged with criminal trespass since she had been previously banned from Wal-Mart stores.
