A thirty-two-year-old man was arrested at Wal-Mart in Trion on December 29th after store employees called to say that a drunk man was wondering around inside the store after the store was closed.  A deputy arrived on the scene shortly before 2 AM and found the suspect sitting outside Wal-Mart near the grocery entrance.  Store employees said that the suspect had admitted to them that he had driven to the store.  The deputy could tell that the man was heavily intoxicated.  Francisco Pascual was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
