Two adults were arrested in Rome on Tuesday on charges of child molestation and aggravated child molestation. According to reports, the incidents involved a male child under the age of sixteen. The incidents allegedly began in October of last year at a residence in Lindale. Twenty-six-year-old Nicholas Keith Gilmore is accused of performing indecent acts on the child at the encouragement of twenty-four-year-old Heaven Leigh Angel Hughes. Both were charged on molestation charges and Hughes was additionally charged with being party to a crime for allegedly encouraging Gilmore to perform the acts while she watched.
