The Right Bite Cooking School is a fun way to learn how to enjoy delicious food that is prepared with less fat, sugar and sodium. Managing diabetes and other chronic diseases doesn’t have to be boring or tasteless. Anyone can enjoy healthy, tasty food.

The Chattooga County Extension Office is offering Right Bite Cooking School classes starting this Tuesday, February 6th.  The classes will meet at the Chattooga County Ag Building and will continue into March.  The cost for each class is $15.  The classes will be held from Noon until 1:30 PM.

The first class, this week, will deal with meal prep and modifying recipes for healthier eating.
