Summerville Police received a call about a misplaced debit card and were called to investigate.  An officer met with the complainant on January 31st.  The complainant said that he discovered that he had left his debit card at the Pure Stop on Highway 114.  The complainant canceled the debit card, but not before someone charged $177.82 at Dos Maguey Restaurant in Summerville.  The complainant went to the restaurant and workers there told them that the card had been used by Levi Ragland.  Ragland was arrested on Monday of this week and charged with transaction card fraud, transaction card theft and theft of mislaid property and was booked into the Chattooga County Jail.
