A forty-nine-year-old Cedartown man has been arrested by the GBI on charges of felony possession of material depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Abraham Flores Galvan is accused of having a video tape depicting the child sex crime. Galvan was arrested in 2017 while he was serving as a part-time police officer in Tunnel Hill, Georgia. At that time, Galvan was accused of travelling to the Atlanta metro-area to have sex with an underage female. Galvan was immediately terminated from his position with the Tunnel Hill Police Department. Galvan was arrested on the most recent charges in Floyd County.
