Firefighters trained over the weekend in Trion.  There were nine recruits that participated in the training on Saturday.  The 2024 recruit class consisted of students from the Menlo, Teloga, Trion, Summerville, Lyerly and Gore Fire Departments.  The training exercise was held at the Trion burn facility and maze.  Local fire departments are always in need of volunteers.  If you would like more information, contact your local fire department.
