A thirty-eight-year-old Stone Mountain, Georgia man was indicted by the Chattooga County Grand Jury after he failed to voluntarily turn himself in after an order by a Chattooga County Superior Court Judge. 

Jullian John Drummond, a native of Jamaica, was charged with child molestation, aggravated child molestation and felony sexual exploitation of a child.  He was charged with felony escape after an incident in 2021 when he cut an ankle monitor and absconded from law enforcement which is what prompted the most recent indictment.  Chattooga County Sheriff Mark Schrader told WZQZ News that efforts to locate Drummond have not proven successful.

The sheriff said that even though Drummond was forced to surrender his passport, there is doubt that he remains in the United States. The sheriff said that law enforcement in other areas of the state have assisted in trying to locate Drummond, but to date, he has not been found.
