Daniel Edward Harris, 36, of 825 County Rd. in Cedar Bluff, Alabama, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Monday by the Floyd County Police Department and was charged with felony probation violation, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor drug related objects, misdemeanor improperly transferred tag, and misdemeanor seat belt violation. Harris remained in jail Monday evening. No picture is currently available.
