Mount Vernon Mills in Trion is hosting a Blood Assurance Blood Drive today.  Blood Assurance buses will be in the Central Plaza parking lot from 7 AM until 5 PM.  Walk-ins are welcome.  You are asked to eat a good meal before donating and drink plenty of water and avoid energy drinks.  Also, Primary Health Care will be hosting a mini-health fair in the Center Conference Room at Mount Vernon Mills.  They will offer blood pressure and blood sugar checks, health counseling and information about their services will be provided.  The public is invited to attend the blood drive and the mini health fair today.
