
Rome Police say that the bomb squad was called to a blood plasma donation center on North Division Street on Monday of this week after a thirty-one-year-old woman was accused of “placing a battery with a blue wire on the rim’s” of a person’s car in the parking lot of the CSL Plasma. Police say that Jennifer Lynn Williams placed the devise there with the “purpose of evacuating the building”. The devise turned out not to be a threat, but Williams was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats or acts and was booked into the Floyd County Jail.
