On Sunday, Summerville Police arrested a McGinnis Circle man on several felony drug warrants.  Police went to the residence of fifty-two-year-old  Billy Ray Hill and found him sitting in a chair on the front porch.  Hill admitted to officers that he had drugs inside the house and gave police voluntary consent to search the residence.

Inside, police found suspected methamphetamine and drug related objects.  Hill told police he rarely uses meth but keeps in order to trade it to women for sexual favors.

Hill was arrested and booked into the Chattooga County Jail on nine different drug charges, including possession of methamphetamine and possession of meth with intent to distribute.
