A Chattooga County teen was charged with DUI for drugs last Sunday after being stopped at B&B Market on Old Highway 27 in Trion.  According to a report from the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies performed a traffic stop after they noticed that the vehicle eighteen-year-old Hayden Lee Snyder was driving was not displaying a license plate.  A deputy noticed the smell of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle as he spoke with Snyder.  After a search of the vehicle, deputies found a baggy with suspected marijuana inside.  Snyder was unable to pass several impairment tests and was placed under arrest for DUI for drugs and was additionally charged with driving with suspended or canceled registration.
