The annual Sum Nelly in downtown Summerville is now less than one month away and Summerville Parks and Recreation says that vendor spots for the arts and crafts festival are filling up fast.  Over the weekend, they announced that already, 75 vendors have submitted their applications.  Sum Nelly will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 9 AM until 3 PM at Dowdy Park.  Any interested vendors should contact the Summerville Recreation Department or stop by the rec department on Highway 100 for a vendor application.
