
A Menlo man with a long history of arrests and charges in both Chattooga and Floyd Counties has been indicted once again by the Chattooga County Grand Jury. Christopher Chase Deberry of a Highway 337, Menlo address was indicted recently by the grand jury on charges of selling methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. In October of last year, Deberry was indicted on charges of simple battery under the Family Violence Act, crossing guard lines with drugs and inflicting pain or depriving services to an elderly or disabled person. Deberry has been arrested multiple times on drug charges as well as charges of aggravated stalking and intimidation.
