Summerville Main Street’s Christmas Open House is happening today and tomorrow, with free admission. The event offers many photo opportunities and holiday experiences for families.

Tonight, from 6-8 p. m. , children can watch Christmas movies in the Depot Freight Room, with free popcorn and crafts. Kids should wear pajamas and bring a blanket and pillow. Santa and Mrs. Claus will also make special appearances. Free tickets for this evening can be picked up at Summerville City Hall, as space is limited. Activities are for children ages 8 and under, and an adult must accompany each child.

On Sunday, December 15th, the Christmas Open House runs from 2-4 p. m. , featuring family photos and live music. The Horizon Hand Bell Choir will perform from 2:15-2:30 p. m. , followed by Olivia Millican at 2:35 p. m. Cathy Worley will play holiday favorites from 3:00-4:00 p. m. Attendees can bring a family photographer or use cell phones for photos.
