The Boys & Girls Club of Chattooga County is preparing for its annual “Bow Ties & Belles” fundraiser, themed around the Kentucky Derby, on May 3, 2025.

They are looking for sponsorships to enhance their impact on local children. Last year, the event raised over $60,000, and the organizers believe that the 2025 event will be even more successful. The funds generated will support various club programs that benefit over 300 children in the county, including academic initiatives, healthy habits programs, college tours, and physical education.

A representative stated, “Sponsorship is the best way to be a part of our Fun-Raiser! Your contribution allows our club to service over 300 kids in our county and to maintain our academic excellence, healthy habits programs, college tours, physical education programs and more. ” There are several sponsorship levels available, each with unique benefits:

Diamond Sponsor ($5,000): 10 Event Tickets, recognition at the event, on social media, and during announcements.
Platinum Sponsor ($2,500): 6 Event Tickets with similar recognition.
Gold Sponsor ($1,000): 4 Event Tickets with similar recognition.
Silver Sponsor ($500): 2 Event Tickets with similar recognition.
Bronze Sponsor ($250): 1 Event Ticket with similar recognition.

All donations are tax-deductible. Interested sponsors can contact the Boys & Girls Club in person or through their Facebook page. Club representatives can also send sponsorship forms via text, email, or in person. The club encourages everyone to contribute to making a difference in the lives of local children.
