Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) is set to host a comprehensive Open House tomorrow, Thursday, July 10, inviting prospective students and community members to explore its diverse programs and state-of-the-art facilities across all six campuses. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at each location, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the college experience.

Attendees will have the chance to tour campus facilities, learn about GNTC’s wide array of program offerings, and meet with experienced faculty and staff. The Open House is designed to provide an immersive look into the technical education opportunities available throughout Northwest Georgia.

Legare Price, Associate Vice President of Student Success at GNTC, expressed his excitement for the upcoming event. “Open House is a great chance for anyone to come explore one of our six campuses and see what GNTC has to offer,” Price stated. “During your visit, you can tour our campuses and programs, meet our experienced staff and faculty, learn about our student support services and even apply to GNTC for free—all in a single day.”

A key benefit for those attending is the waiver of the admission application fee for anyone who applies to GNTC during the event. Furthermore, the Open House will provide vital information and assistance on various essential aspects of college life, including admissions processes, academic advising, career guidance, and financial aid options. Attendees will also receive GNTC giveaways as a token of appreciation for their visit.

The Open House will take place concurrently at all six GNTC campuses:

  • Catoosa County Campus in Ringgold
  • Floyd County Campus in Rome
  • Gordon County Campus in Calhoun
  • Polk County Campus in Rockmart
  • Walker County Campus in Rock Spring
  • Whitfield Murray Campus in Dalton

This event serves as an ideal opportunity for individuals considering a new career path, seeking to upgrade their skills, or looking for an affordable, high-quality technical education.
