The Children’s Advocacy Center of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit (CAC-LMJC) has announced its annual Golf Tournament, set to take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at The LaFayette Golf Course, located at 1 Fred Henry Drive, LaFayette, GA 30728. This highly anticipated event offers community members a unique opportunity to hit the links while providing crucial support for children in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit who have experienced abuse and neglect.
More than just a day on the green, the tournament serves as a critical fundraiser for the CAC-LMJC’s vital trauma-informed services. All proceeds from the tournament will directly support programs such as forensic interviews, therapy, family advocacy, and prevention education, all offered at no cost to families. These essential services are designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for children to begin their healing journey and seek justice.
The CAC-LMJC serves children and families across Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, and Walker Counties, working tirelessly to protect and empower the most vulnerable members of the community.
“This annual event is more than just a day on the green; it’s an opportunity to support healing, hope, and justice for the children in our community who have experienced abuse and neglect,” stated a representative from the CAC-LMJC. “Whether you join us as a player, sponsor, or donor, your involvement makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and strengthens our mission.”
A variety of sponsorship levels and player packages are available, offering options for individuals, businesses, and community groups looking to contribute. Detailed information regarding participation and sponsorship opportunities is available for interested parties.
The CAC-LMJC extends a warm invitation to all who wish to show their support and presence at this special event. By taking part in this annual tournament, community members can help the CAC-LMJC continue to “change the story” for children across the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit.
