All food and non-food vendor applications for the fair, scheduled for August 21-24, 2025, in Summerville, must be submitted by August 10th.

This is a prime opportunity for local businesses, crafters, and food purveyors to showcase their offerings to thousands of fairgoers. Vendor Space Details:

  • Food and Beverage Vendors: Spaces are available in 12-foot, 24-foot, and 36-foot increments. Pricing ranges from $325 up to $975, depending on the size required.
  • Non-Food Vendors: Available spaces include 12-foot and 24-foot options, priced at $325 and $650 respectively.
