
The Chattooga High School Class of 1968 is gearing up for its annual get-together, inviting all classmates to reconnect and reminisce. The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 20, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., and will be held at the Red Lobster on Shorter Avenue in Rome.
Organizers are hoping for a strong turnout this year, emphasizing a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Attendees are encouraged to dress casually and simply enjoy catching up with old friends from their high school days.
“We really hope to have a great turnout this year,” said Vicki McKenzie McCorsley, one of the event’s enthusiastic organizers. “Just come and enjoy catching up with your high school friends. We promise you we will have fun, and you will leave looking forward to the next year when we meet again.”
Classmates are encouraged to spread the word to anyone they know from the Class of 1968 who might enjoy attending.
