While final details regarding schedules and ticketing for the magical holiday rides are expected soon, organizers are already soliciting participants for the festive events that accompany the beloved train tradition.

Summerville Main Street announced today that it is officially accepting vendor applications for the Santa Special Mistletoe Markets, which will transform The Summerville Depot into a hub for holiday shopping and seasonal cheer over two consecutive weekends in December.

The Mistletoe Markets are scheduled to take place on:

Weekend One: Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7
Weekend Two: Friday, December 13 and Saturday, December 14

These markets provide a vital gathering spot for passengers awaiting the famous Santa Special train rides and draw large crowds seeking unique gifts, crafts, and holiday treats.

Call for Vendors: Limited Spaces Available

Summerville Main Street is encouraging local artisans, crafters, and businesses interested in participating to submit their applications promptly, as space is limited.

Organizers noted a particular emphasis on timely submission for those seeking prime indoor locations within The Summerville Depot. Indoor vendor spots are juried, meaning applications will be reviewed based on quality, uniqueness, and suitability to ensure a high-caliber market experience for visitors.

The deadline for all indoor vendor applications is Tuesday, October 29.
