Floyd Medical Center customers can now pay their bill in just a few keystrokes. Floyd’s Online Patient Financial Services Center provides a fast, secure and convenient bill payment solution available anywhere with Internet access. Those who take advantage of this new feature will need to create an account. Once registered they will be able to manage their bill payment process, including the following:·         View outstanding payments·         Submit payments·         Send secure billing inquiries·         Update contact information  The online bill pay center does not replace the other methods of bill payment. Payments can still be received by mail, telephone or in person at 420 East Second Ave, Suite 102, Rome, GA 31065. Please note: customers cannot pay their bills online unless they have received their statements after Dec. 1, 2011. Customers can access the Online Patient Financial Center by going to www.floyd.org/bill
