Chattooga County Commissioner Jason Winters held his regular monthly meeting for August last Thursday evening.  At the meeting the commissioner told that he had appointed Ginger Copeland to the Chattooga County Board of Family and Children Services.  Winters said that Copeland was replacing Ms. Gail Wilbanks who passed away in the spring.  Ms. Copeland’s term began on August 15 and will go through  June 30, 2014.
