A Chattooga County, Georgia business owner has pled guilty to one count of felony peeping tom and was recently sentenced by a Chattooga County Superior Court judge.

29 year old Justin Wayne Cook admitted to peeping into a 14 year old girl’s bathroom window.

Cook was sentenced under the Georgia First Offenders Act, meaning this arrest will be expunged from his record after four years, if he abides by the following stipulations:

He cannot reside with any child under 18 years old except for his own.

 *He cannot have contact with his victim and the victim’s family.

*He must complete a sex offender outpatient program.

*He cannot consume or possess alcohol.

*He cannot reside within a 10-mile radius of the victim’s residence.

*He must perform 100 hours of community service.

*Write an 800-word essay about the crime

*Write a sincere apology.

The teenager and her mother called a grandparent who lives nearby, to come and investigate. The grandfather arrived and discovered Cook at the back of the house with a small ladder propped up against the house underneath the 14-year-old’s bathroom window.

Cook readily admitted to the incident.

As a contractor, he’d recently finished building the bathroom addition onto the victim’s house, so he knew which window to look inside.
