The Georgia State Patrol reports that 10 people died on Georgia roadways during the long Labor Day weekend. None of the fatal crashes were in our immediate area. The closest was a two-fatality wreck in Cartersville. State troopers also arrested 240 people accused of driving under the influence during the weekend.
