It appears Chattooga County isn't the only county cutting back. On Thursday, Walker County Commissioner Bebe Heiskell approved millage rates for property taxes without an increase. That means 203 thousand dollars less in revenue for 2013 than in 2012. Depending on the outcome of the local option sales tax negotiations with five cities, Walker County could lose even more revenue.
