On Thursday a Summerville woman reported an incident if financial card fraud to the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office. She said that sometime between the morning of Sept 18 and the night of Sept 19, someone unknown to her and without her permission used her Coosa Valley Federal Credit Union Master Money card to make three purchases. The card was used for purchases in Florida, New Jersey and Texas for $39.99 each instance totaling $119.97. She told officers she believes the card numbers were obtained from CVS Pharmacy in Rome, which is where she last used the card.
