In area Sheriff's races, Steve Wilson won another term in Tuesday's vote, easily topping Democratic challenger Tim Westbrook. Wilson garnered 80 percent of the vote in Walker County. In Dade County, Ray Cross won the sheriff's race defeating Phillip Street  54 percent. In Catoosa County Gary Sisk is the new Sheriff. And long-time Whitfield County Sheriff Scott Chitwood won re-election by a 60 percent margin.
