A Burglary was reported at a Lyerly Home last week. According to the report by the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office the home on Hammond Street was in foreclosure and the incident was reorted by a representative for the company hired to oversee the property. The report indicates that psliding glass doors in the home had been broken and someone had been inside the home. Listed as taken were several windows, and doors, with copper pipes taken from the kitchen and bathrooms, and walls damaged. The incident was turned over to investigators, according to the report.
