A fatal motorcycle wreck in Dade County last week, turned out to be part of a crime spree in progress. According to reports, 29-year-old Brittan David Burnett. of Calhoun, died when the motorcycle he was riding crossed the center lane of Highway 189 in Lookout Mountain and struck a car head-on. After an investigation,  it was determined that the motorcycle had just been stolen from a Lookout Mountain home. Two other Calhoun residents, 23-year-old Randy Corvi and 24-year-old Daniel Shall were following behind Burnett in a car and witnessed the wreck. They reportedly fled the scene and when their car ran out of gas across the Tennessee State Line, officers found it too, had been stolen. The vehicle that was struck in the fatal accident was driven by 71-year-old Glenda Blevins of Trenton. Her injuries were not life threatening
