Each week Chattooga County’s 4H Students present the “Service with a Smile Award.” Preeya Fain, who works for the City of Summerville is this week’s Service with a Smile winner and she was nominated by Joyce McGraw & Terri Blair, for always being very pleasant, friendly and professional to deal with.  She is genuinely  concerned about her customers and deals with every case with a smile.
