State Senator Jeff Mullis, a Republican from Chickamauga who represents Dade, Walker, Catoosa and part of Chattooga County in the Georgia State Senate, has been in the news lately.  He was named to the powerful position of Senate Rules Committee Chairman last week.

Senator Mullis will be the guest on a Newsmakers Interview program that will air this Thursday on AM 1180 Chattooga County Radio.  Senator Mullis has committed to weekly updates during the legislative session with Chattooga County Radio.
