Lafayette's Downtown Development Authority is adding a new festival to its schedule this spring. It's the Dogwood Festival, set for The Square on Saturday, April 6. It's being billed as a bluegrass music and arts & crafts event. And, they are looking for vendors to sell food and arts and crafts, as well as bluegrass bands and jammers, Booth fees start at $25 for a 10-by-10 space. Non-profits may set up free, but must reserve a space. The deadline to reserve a spot is April 1. Vendor forms are available on the City of Lafayette website, or you can contact Mainstreet Director Matthew Williams at 706-639=1519 for more information.
