The Trion High School Cheerleaders celebrated their fifth state win, and third consecutive win at their annual banquet Tuesday night.

Cheerleading coach Pam Bridges thanked School Superintendent Dr. Phil Williams and Principal Brian Edge for their support to the cheerleaders throughout the year.

The varsity cheerleaders also received their State Championship rings, the third such ring for the senior team members.

Five seniors will leave the team this year. They are Abbye Burrage, Kaitlyn Wells, Samantha Hughes, Kristin Causey, and Crystal Causey.
