A Trion resident reported that someone stole a heating and air unit from an Old Justice Road, Trion residence on February 18. According to the report, the residence had burned in an alleged arson, but the unit was brand new and had not been damaged in the fire. The case has been turned over to investigators. According to the report, a piece of the unit's outer casing was left behind by the thieves and will be tested for fingerprints.
