Police arrested a man Saturday afternoon after he allegedly followed a 12-year-old child into a public restroom, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Riley Eugene Vaughn, 18, of 7 Elliott Circle, was charged with felony enticing a child for indecent purposes.

The victim stated that Vaughn followed him into a men’s restroom at The Movies at Berry Square, 2820 Martha Berry Highway, where he stared at his genitals and asked if he could touch the victim.
